Very complete breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Good value for money in the hotel cafeteria.

bed was very hard, old and very uncomfortable, unworthy of a four star. It was very cold in the room (15 degrees, according to the thermostat); if I put the heating on, only air came out that cooled it even more (and yes, I was putting it on "heat", not "cool"). ad says it's well connected to the center, it's not. There are two subway stops, 15 minutes walking, in an area that does not give a sense of security going alone at night, it takes almost an hour to get to Sol. There is indeed a nearby suburban stop, frequency is so low that it is not at all comfortable to take the train (and the way to the hotel is through an open field). Even going by bus you had to cross a park, not very big but badly illuminated. I would not recommend it for women travelling alone.

Quiet location, no traffic, not that far away from metro, clean rooms;

Seems a bit more like a good 3-star hotel, than 4-star; price was good, but since it is labeled as 4-star I think I expected a bit more; LCD tv was mentioned in description but normal one was in room

It was very reasonably priced & was an excellent hotel.

The staff are quite nice.

I didn´t like the lift, for two times i need to use the sttairs.

Great experience overall! I enjoyed a good four-night stay in a comfortable room. The staff were efficient, and check-in was seamless. Cleanliness was spot-on, with fresh sheets every day. The only minor drawback was some noise during evening events, but it didn't overshadow the positives. Affordable and pretty decent for the price.

In the evening the area is empty. No people around, walking seems unsafe.

Comfortable gym facilities

The bed was super comfy, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. I really enjoyed the peaceful lounge area to unwind and the solid breakfast spread to start my day. It took a bit longer than I'd like to reach the city center, but it's worth the stay for the quality overall 😊

I loved the functional hot water and relaxed in the comfortable room with my family.

I stayed for two nights in a Double Room. The AC worked well and the room was clean. Housekeeping responded quickly to requests. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the train station. Breakfast options were decent 🥐

The room size felt cramped, especially with three people squeezed in. It would have been better suited for a double. The location is quite a distance from the central attractions in the city, requiring about 30 minutes to access major sites, which can be a hassle if you're aiming to explore frequently. Plus, you'll find limited dining options nearby, situated in an industrial area, with a distant supermarket as the sole nearby convenience. Noise levels can be bothersome, especially during busy times.

The attentive housekeeping quickly responded to my request for bar soap, which arrived within 15 minutes. The room was clean and the AC worked well .

I appreciated the clean and modern decor throughout Hotel Villamadrid. The cute atmosphere and attentive staff. The breakfast offered a lovely selection of fresh fruit and pastries, which I thoroughly appreciated.

Improved soundproofing would enhance the comfort.
